Projects and procurement in one place.
On one ledger.

A project buys through the company's own procurement — requisition, RFQ, order, contract — and every commitment, fund and asset posts to one ledger. One database for the whole company, in English and Arabic, finished to the same standard.

One engine

A project buys the way the company buys.

There is one database, one procurement engine and one ledger. A project's requisition is the company's requisition: it meets the same approvals, the same vendors and the same budget check, and what it commits is what the ledger carries.

  1. One database

One company, one chart of accounts, one vendor file, one material master, one employee file. A project reads them; it never copies them.

  2. One procurement engine

Requisitions, RFQs, bids, orders and contracts — raised in the project, run by procurement, with a budget check on every commitment.

  3. One ledger

Commitments, funds and assets post once. The project's cost report and the company's statements read the same rows.

  4. Two languages, one standard

Every screen, printout, e-mail and report in English and Arabic. Each person picks a language; the company mixes them.

The catalogue

Everything else is on the same ledger.

Each application is a flat monthly price for the company and switches on its part of the product. Take what you run; the core comes with every subscription.

Where you work

No country is assumed.

English and Arabic, per person

Every screen turns right-to-left natively; each person picks a language, and the two mix freely in one company.

Country packs for tax and e-invoicing where you sell

Tax decided by rule, not typed on each invoice; invoices signed and reported by the product itself through one outbox, under the pack of the country you sell in.

Payroll by country pack

Contributions, end of service and the bank file from one payroll run, with each country's rules kept in its own pack.

Your currency, your chart of accounts and your calendar from the first day. A country pack adds the tax, e-invoicing and payroll rules of the country you sell in.

Design partners

We are pre-launch. The first companies shape the product.

No logos and no testimonials yet — we would rather earn them. A design partner runs the product for real and tells us what to fix. In return, the terms are these.

The same form as a demo request — say you are asking as a design partner.

  1. 50% off the first year — on a 12-month contract.
  2. Feedback every two weeks — a standing call with the people who build it.
  3. Two reference calls — and no more — when you are ready to speak for us.
  4. A full data export, any time — every record, in open formats, on request.
  5. The right to leave at 90 days — if the success measures we agree on are not met.

Pricing

Pay for what you run.

Each application is $39 a month, flat for the company. The first 3 people who sign in are free, then $8 a month each; the first 100 employee records are free, then $0.50 each, whether they sign in or not. A 30-day trial, no card. Prices in US dollars.

Before you ask

Straight answers.

A demo is its own company with an end date, 30 days after we set it up, for up to 5 people. When you subscribe, we set up your company fresh, and the demo is retired.

Each application is $39 a month, flat for the company, whichever you pick. On top, the people who sign in are $8 a month each after the first 3, and employee records $0.50 each after the first 100 — the company's size costs little, its use pays the way. A further company code is $10 a month for each application it runs, charged for the year. Implementation, migration, training and support are quoted on request. A year is 12 months for the price of 10.

Yes — that is the point. A requisition raised in a project is the company's requisition: the same approvals, vendors, contracts and budget check, and the commitment it makes is on the ledger from that moment. Projects, procurement and finance never disagree, because they never hold separate copies.

Any. It assumes no country: you start in your currency, on your chart of accounts and your calendar, in English and Arabic. A country pack adds the tax, e-invoicing and payroll rules of the country you sell in; where there is no pack yet, the rules are configured.

Only your company. Every query is scoped to it, roles and permission profiles gate every page and single fields, and deletions leave restorable snapshots.

Run the project, buy for it, close the books once.
